1. Make sure the device is connected to the same network as the VSSL. If the device is having trouble connecting to the Internet, the zone light(s) will be green for an A.1x or solid red for the A.3x and A.6x
2. If the zone light is blinking white, your VSSL requires set up via Google Home or AirPlay (iOS only)
3. Visit Network Settings & Suggested Topology – VSSL Audio (zendesk.com) and make the following adjustments to your network. You can contact your Internet Service Provider if you are not familiar with making these adjustments
4. Reboot your network
5. Perform a factory reset by holding om the reset button for at least 10 seconds, AFTER network adjustments have been made
